Who we are!

Welcome to ONE ZERO - the digital bank. ONE ZERO, controlled by Prof. Amnon Shashua, received full certification and was granted its banking license in early 2022, after meeting stringent Bank of Israel requirements for information security and risk management. ONE ZERO was founded with the goal of using advanced technology to solve the complexities of money management and make private banking services available to everyone; not just a privileged few. Our proprietary artificial intelligence based technology, enables us to provide our clients with personal and real money managers, who will look after their finances. Our technology automates the mundane time-consuming, manual processes that are considered a normal part of banking today. Each day, using this technology we scan every account: review deposits, expenses, standing orders as well as ad-hoc charges, identify important or unusual activity and provide money managers with smart insights such as, forecasting overdraft, double billing, unfulfilled or late payments to or from the account, predict opportunities to optimize savings, financing, setting and realizing goals. Money managers analyze the insights and pass them on to our clients while providing a 24/6 service via the chat feature in our app as well as via bank's call center.  

 

 

How will service be provided ?

ONE ZERO will offer all the banking services available today at banks (Mortgages excluded) 100% digitally via our app, and with no branches at all. The bank's clients will have access to human bankers 24/6 through the app as well as by phone. Currently, the app and customer service are offered only in Hebrew, however an English app is being planned. 

 

 

Which services are currently available and which will be added later?

Currently, ONE ZERO offers single accounts, later however, joint accounts will be available. Services currently available include: debit cards, credit cards, checking, standing orders, account debit authorizations, foreign exchange, bank guarantees, loans and deposits. Securities trading services will be added later. An option for cash deposits will be added later.
