Terms & Conditions of ONE ZERO Digital Bank Content Website

Use of the Website, including the content displayed on it, is subject to the T&Cs below. Please read these terms thoroughly and carefully, as entering the Website and using it and its contents indicate your consent and approval of what is stated in these T&Cs (including consent to the Website's privacy policy). If you do not consent to the T&Cs, in whole or in part, you may not use this Website for any purpose. You may use the Website and the content contained therein in accordance with the rules set forth below. Do not use the site and the content contained therein in any other way. The Bank reserves the right to update Website T&Cs from time to time. The Bank is interested in ensuring the Website is managed in an orderly and proper manner and that the various contents uploaded on it serve its browsers in the best and safest way, therefore, when you use this site, you are required not to carry out any of the following actions:

6. Place the Website or any part of it within the frame of another site, or as a mirror of another site, without obtaining the Bank's prior written approval.

7. Interfere with Website operation in any way.

8. Collect information about Website users or sell, distribute and/or make commercial use of the information contained on the Website or any other use in a manner that may harm another person.

9. Link to the Website from a site that contains pornographic content, content that encourages racism or unlawful discrimination, or that is illegal, or whose publication is illegal or that encourages illegal activity.

The Bank shall bear no responsibility for any damage caused as a result of any link to content from the Website and from any upload or publication of such content in any other way. You bear full and exclusive responsibility for any link, upload or publication of the contents, and undertake to indemnify the Bank for any damage caused as a result.

These provisions do not derogate from any other provision in the T&Cs.

The Bank disclaims any responsibility, regardless of the type of action, acts or omissions of other users of the service (including unauthorized browsers), whether the acts or omissions occurred while using the Website or any other manner.

You will not have any claim, suit or demand towards the Bank in connection with this or in connection with malfunctions that might occur on the Website as a result of making these changes.

The Bank shall be entitled to discontinue the use you make of the Website at their sole discretion, including if you do not comply with these T&Cs, without prejudice to any other remedy available to the Bank under any law.
Only the laws of the State of Israel shall apply to this agreement. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any matter relating to this agreement and use of the Website is in the competent courts in the Tel Aviv-Yafo area.

The Bank adheres to the provisions of the law and respects the right of Website browsers to privacy and a favorable reputation.
